As mentioned by another commenter you can tap on the supercharger in the map to find rates which change based on time of day. And yes, 250kW stations are more expensive than 150kW stations, at least here in Colorado. I read somewhere that ~20% to 80% charges at a lower rate than 80%+ because Tesla wants you in and out.
